Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef De Partie to join our culinary team at Accor. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading a section and ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a section of the kitchen and ensure that dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality, presentation, and service.
- Manage and supervise a team of commis chefs and apprentices to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct inventory and manage stock levels to minimize waste and optimize resources.
- Ensure that the kitchen is clean and safe, and that all equipment is properly maintained.
- Collaborate with other members of the kitchen team to ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef De Partie in a high-volume kitchen environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, and the ability to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
