Your Responsibilities

We encourage applications from TEFL instructors who are eager to create the best possible learning atmosphere for their students. Key Duties

  • Conduct general English and specialized interest courses
  • Design lesson plans and evaluate student assignments
  • Engage in peer observation initiatives
  • Actively participate in continuous professional development sessions
  • Prepare student reports as necessary
  • Maintain records of student attendance and performance, entering data into the EF database
  • Represent EF as an ambassador

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • CELTA certification (or equivalent)
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Awareness of the needs of international students
  • High level of customer service
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Clean DBS check and provision of two references
