Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Account Manager to join our team at COREcruitment Ltd. As a Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts in the region, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the region, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market presence. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and improvements.
  • Client Support: Provide expert advice and support to clients, including wine selection, pairing recommendations, and inventory management.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the National Sales Director.
  • Events: Organize and participate in wine tastings, trade shows, and promotional events to showcase our portfolio and engage with clients.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience working in the Drinks Sector across the South East and home counties, with a high WSET accreditation.
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record in delivering growth in the drinks industry, with understanding of the regional accounts and negotiations.
  • Customer-Oriented Approach: A customer-oriented approach to account management which aims to exceed expectations.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Strong and assertive style to self-management and motivation.
  • Negotiation Skills: Able to negotiate, deliver training, and competently explain an alcoholic product range.
  • Transportation: Must be able to drive.
