Import Export Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Import & Export Coordinator to join our team at Kevin Theobald Recruitment Agency.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in import freight forwarding and be able to work effectively in a multi-role environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete customs procedures with accuracy and meet deadlines.
  • Generate accurate invoices for shipment-related charges.
  • Obtain and communicate necessary information to ensure correct measures are in place.
  • Ensure documentation is up-to-date and loaded correctly.
  • Proactively action duties and support the team during times of absence or holidays.
  • Liaise with UK importers and shippers throughout the delivery process.
  • Share knowledge within the team and continually improve processes.
  • Liaise with overseas partners to arrange collections and deliveries.
  • Organize and plan flight schedules.
Requirements:
  • A Level 2 in English & Maths Experience.
  • Previous experience working within importing and exporting.
