**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Stakeholder Management**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, fund managers, and other external parties.
  • **Investment Strategy**: Collaborate with the investment team to implement investment acquisition and disposal strategies, ensuring compliance with tax and structuring guidelines.

  • **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail, able to interpret and analyze financial data.
  • **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively collaborate with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
