We are seeking a qualified solicitor with experience in property litigation, particularly in agricultural law, to join our team in Lancashire and the South Lakes area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with an existing caseload and contribute to the growth and development of the team

  • Deliver high-quality legal advice and manage own caseload with minimal supervision

Requirements
  • 1-5 years PQE in property litigation, with a focus on agricultural law
  • Experience in arbitration and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) methods

  • Good understanding of real property and landlord and tenant law, as well as property contracts and professional negligence
