We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced financial leader to join our team as a Head of Financial Improvement. As a key member of our senior team, you will play a critical role in driving financial growth and efficiency across our organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our financial strategy, working closely with our Director of Financial Planning, Strategy and Investment. You will oversee the delivery of our financial governance improvement programme, ensuring that our finance function is operating efficiently and effectively.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our organization's goals, culture, and constraints, ensuring that our financial strategy is aligned with our overall strategic direction.
- Lead the oversight and monitoring of our Trust-wide workstreams to deliver our financial governance improvement programme and financial strategy.
- Work closely with our Financial Improvement Lead to establish and maintain a benefits realisation framework, ensuring that assigned workstreams implement this effectively.
- Collaborate with our wider finance team and key Trust-wide stakeholders to develop and continuously improve good financial governance, enabling delivery of our financial strategy.
- Develop and maintain a range of financial tools and reports to support the delivery of our financial strategy, including benchmarking tools and Statistical Process Control reporting.
