Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced financial leader to join our team as a Head of Financial Improvement. As a key member of our senior team, you will play a critical role in driving financial growth and efficiency across our organization.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of our financial governance improvement programme, ensuring effective financial processes and controls are in place across the Trust.
  • Oversee the delivery of our financial strategy, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Drive continuous improvement and finance development across the finance function and wider Trust, identifying and implementing best practices to enhance financial performance.
Key Skills and Experience

The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial leadership, with experience in driving financial improvement and strategy development. They will be a strategic thinker, with excellent communication and influencing skills, able to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
