Reception Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Reception Teacher to join our thriving school in Market Harborough, Leicestershire. As a Reception Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our young students.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the needs of our Reception students
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social and emotional development
- Provide individualized support to students based on their unique needs and abilities
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student achievements and behavior
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a strong partnership between home and school
- QTS, EYTS, PGCE, and a strong academic record
- Bachelor's degree in Education with a focus on Early Years Foundation Stage (Reception) or equivalent
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Reception curriculum and assessment frameworks
- Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment for young children
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively plan and deliver lessons
- A passion for education and a commitment to supporting student learning and development
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the school and students
