Early Years Foundation Stage Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Reception Teacher to join our thriving school in the East Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about working with young children and making a positive impact on their educational journey.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that support students' social and emotional development, fostering a love for learning. This role provides an excellent chance to work in collaboration with a supportive team of educators and contribute to the overall success of the school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver creative and stimulating lessons that meet the requirements of the Reception curriculum
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students' social and emotional development
- Provide individualized support to students based on their unique needs and abilities
- Collaborate with other educators and professionals to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
- Assess and monitor students' progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students' achievements and behaviour
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues, ensuring a strong partnership between home and school
Requirements:
- QTS, EYTS, PGCE, and strong academic record
- Bachelor's degree in Education with a focus on Early Years Foundation Stage (Reception) or equivalent
- Indepth knowledge and understanding of the Reception curriculum and assessment frameworks
- Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment for young children
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to effectively plan and deliver lessons
- A passion for education and a commitment to supporting students' learning and development
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the school and students
