The Role
We're seeking a skilled Customer Operations Manager to lead our Delivery team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all deliveries. You'll inspire and motivate a team of front-line colleagues to provide excellent service at the doorstep.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of delivery operatives to ensure efficient and effective delivery operations
- Develop and implement strategies to improve delivery performance and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with trade unions to drive performance improvement and employee engagement
- Partner with other departments to ensure seamless delivery operations
