Location: South Marston Industrial Estate, Swindon

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Assembly Technician to join our team at Elite Recruitment Solutions Maidenhead. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for stripping down and refurbishing electronic components, checking for faults and damage, and reassembling them to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strip down and refurbish electronic components, including brewery pumps and bar guns
  • Check components for faults and damage, and reassemble them to a high standard
  • Use deep cleaning food-safe degreaser, washing detergent, and de-tan products
  • Work to tight deadlines and maintain a high level of productivity
  • Use a variety of tools, including spanners, sockets, screwdrivers, punches, pulleys, cutters, and crimping tools
  • PAT testing and micro-meter testing
  • Housekeeping and maintenance of the workshop

Requirements:

  • Experience in assembly and refurbishment of electronic components
  • Ability to work at a fast pace and to strict time deadlines
  • Ability to lift weights within government weight limits
  • Keen eye for detail and ability to produce high-quality work
  • Experience in using tools, including spanners, sockets, screwdrivers, punches, pulleys, cutters, and crimping tools
