About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the management of Disability Arts' main building and other facilities, ensuring they are safe, well-maintained, and compliant with relevant legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage facilities and services, including staff, resources, building assets, operations, maintenance, and building systems
  • Ensure the efficient delivery of technical services and skills across the organization
  • Lead on operational Health & Safety, ensuring compliance with COSHH, contractor conduct, equipment safety checks, and maintenance
  • Manage environmental and sustainability targets, improving processes and reporting to the Board of Trustees and funders
  • Oversee departmental and project budgets, contractor and insurance agreements, and services
  • Manage and provide training in building security
