Job Summary

The Overnight Cleaning Specialist is responsible for maintaining a clean and hygienic environment at our McDonald's location. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Tidy and clean the back room area, including underneath the sink and pipes.
  • Remove all rubbish and roll out the bigger bins for collection.
  • Empty and clean the bins, and wash them thoroughly.
  • Put away dirty cloths and set out clean ones for use.
  • Empty fat strippers and collectors, wash them, and put them back in place.
  • Deep clean the grill, pull forward, and clean all around the back.
  • Empty oil vats using a machine, clean all areas of the station, and put equipment back in place.
  • Sweep and mop floors.
  • Scrub legs and wheels of stations.
  • Wash all equipment used in the previous shift.
  • Clean the crew room, empty tables, bins, sweep, and mop.
  • Empty freezers and chillers, clean walls, floors, and shelves.

Requirements

This role requires a high level of physical fitness, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable working in a greasy and potentially smelly environment.
