Job Title: Bank Campus Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bank Campus Supervisor to join our team at Queen Alexandra Charity. As a Bank Campus Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing overnight support to our College campus, ensuring the security and safety of our students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for any issues that may arise outside of normal College hours.
  • Secure and alarm all College buildings as required, ensuring the campus is safe and secure from unauthorized visitors.
  • Respond to security incidents, including contacting police and emergency services as necessary.
  • Access the campus CCTV system to maintain the security of the campus.
  • Provide on-site support to residential houses in the event of an emergency.
  • Complete the duty manager's electronic log system accurately and effectively.
  • Report and complete incident forms as required, in line with QAC's safeguarding and incident reporting procedures.
Requirements:
  • GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English or equivalent.
  • First Aid trained (desirable).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and on own initiative.
  • Demonstrate experience of excellent customer service.
  • Experience of lone working.
  • Previous experience of working with people who have a disability, including visual impairments (desirable).
  • Previous experience of working within a security role on a rota basis (desirable).
