Job Summary

Ainscough Crane Hire is seeking an experienced and driven sales professional to join our team as an Area Sales Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with a portfolio of managed account customers, covering major projects and framework revenues within the area operating model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and analyze key business sectors to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets, including the development of a sales pipeline.
  • Negotiate contracts and framework agreements with new clients within agreed parameters.
  • Provide regular updates and forecasts on pipeline, projects, and frameworks to the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience and a track record of success in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the crane hire industry and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple requirements and demands effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues.
