Job Title: PPC Specialist

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Bury/Hybrid

Salary: £28,000 - £40,000 per annum

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled PPC Specialist to join our digital team. As a key player in shaping and executing digital strategies, you will be responsible for managing multiple PPC accounts, providing an agency feel while being in-house.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Track key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments.
  • Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, bidding strategies, and landing pages to continually improve campaign outcomes.
  • Regularly assess competitor PPC strategies to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to the senior PPC team, highlighting key trends and actionable recommendations.
  • Work closely with the broader marketing team to ensure PPC efforts align with overall marketing strategies and goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest PPC trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of PPC experience either agency or in-house.
  • Experience in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Google Analytics.
