Role Summary:

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to become an integral part of our Co-op team in Andover. This position is essential for maintaining the efficiency of our operations, overseeing delivery timelines, and facilitating communication between clients and suppliers.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a night shift schedule, operating on a 4 on 4 off rotation, from 18:00 to 06:00.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring all personnel are thoroughly briefed and that documentation meets compliance standards
  • Monitoring tachographs to adhere to legal regulations
  • Addressing daily inquiries from drivers, clients, and internal teams
  • Coordinating with stores to keep them updated on delivery matters
  • Resolving any challenges or concerns that arise during the night shift

Qualifications for Success:

  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Familiarity with Tachograph regulations and the Working Time Directive (WTD) is beneficial
  • Previous experience in a logistics administration role is advantageous
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • A positive and enthusiastic demeanor
