An exciting opportunity has emerged within the Supply Chain division of Estée Lauder Companies for a Senior Supply Chain Planner. This role is pivotal in overseeing inventory management across a specific Brand or cluster of Brands within the UK Region. The Supply Chain Planner will focus on optimizing inventory levels while ensuring service delivery and enhancing decision-making through improved supply chain analytics and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate effectively with Demand Planning, Global Supply Chain, Brands, and Finance to create balanced supply plans aligned with established objectives and operational guidelines.
  • Manage and continuously enhance the planning and delivery of finished goods from manufacturing sites to distribution centers.
  • Achieve Customer Service and Inventory targets by utilizing advanced tools and regularly reviewing with Center of Excellence teams to optimize regional supply planning parameters.
  • Define strategies and action plans to meet regional inventory and service level KPIs, conducting regular inventory reviews with commercial teams to optimize stock levels.
  • Develop strategic allocations and supply commitments based on operational forecasts.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of product launches and events, proactively managing and communicating potential risks.
  • Support integration processes with Demand Planning, Retail Supply Chain, and Distribution & Logistics functions.
  • Drive the evolution of the Integrated Business Planning process through collaboration with Brands.
  • Communicate issues clearly and develop effective resolutions.
  • Manage and execute broader supply chain initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in data visualization tools.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience in team management.
  • Advanced Excel and SAP BI skills.
  • Expertise in SAP SCM/ECC & APO systems.
  • Ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Confidence in liaising with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Proven project management capabilities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
