About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineering Manager to join our team at The Collective Network. As a Project Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Delivery: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning to execution, and ensure that projects are completed successfully.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors, to achieve project objectives.
  • Budget and Timeline Management: Develop and manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring that projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
  • Equipment Installation and Commissioning: Ensure that new equipment is installed and commissioned correctly, and that all necessary testing and validation is completed.
  • Health, Safety, and Environmental Standards: Ensure that all projects are delivered in accordance with the company's health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Engineering Background: A degree in engineering or a related field is required.
  • Project Management Experience: Proven experience in project management, with a focus on engineering projects.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
