On-Boarding Team Lead

Job Title: On-Boarding Team Lead
Location: Barrow-in-Furness. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.
Salary: £30,000 depending upon skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Supervising, leading, and coaching team members
- Deputising for the On Boarding Team Manager as and when required
- Supporting the day-to-day co-ordination of teams workflow activities in line with timescales
- Co-ordinating, monitoring and allocation of resource against workload
- Taking ownership and responsibility of escalated requests and queries/complaints to resolution
- Building and developing effective and collaborative relationships with colleagues and Senior Stakeholders
Your skills and experiences:
- Team Leader / Coaching experience
- Stakeholder management with excellent presentation abilities and customer service skills
- Committed to learning and continuous improvement
- Knowledge of HR/Recruitment administration advantageous
- Knowledge and experience using Applicant Tracking System platforms advantageous

The Onboarding team:
This role sits within the Onboarding Team supporting BAE Systems Shared Services Department. This role will provide you with the opportunity to join a busy dynamic team and grow your Human Resources and Administration skills.
