- Supporting emotional, social, and physical development with patience and care, encouraging resilience and positive behaviour.
- Taking part in a mix of classroom-based and outdoor learning experiences – from structured lessons to creative and practical sessions.
- Working closely with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to create a consistent and nurturing environment that enables every pupil to thrive.

No two days are the same — and with the guidance of our experienced and compassionate team, you'll always feel supported and valued in your role.

Who We Are Looking For
We’re seeking someone who is:

- Caring, adaptable, and enthusiastic
- A true team player, ready to support others
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors
- Committed to helping children learn, grow, and thrive

Essential Qualifications:

- GCSEs in English and Maths (Grades A–C / 4+)
