Are you eager to make a difference in the lives of young people with special educational needs (SEN) and have the experience? At Term Time Teachers, we are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join an outstanding, supportive school in Bexhill.

About the Role:

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide tailored support to pupils with a range of additional needs. This is a rewarding opportunity to help students thrive in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting students on a 1:1 or small group basis.
Assisting with classroom activities.
Helping to implement support plans.
Promoting a safe, positive and engaging learning environmentIdeal Candidate:

Previous experience working with children or adults with additional needs (e.g. in care work, schools, or residential settings)
Calm, patient and empathetic approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for supporting SEN studentsRelevant qualifications or training are desirable but not essential.
