Requirements: Early Years Practitioner- 30 hours over four day term time. Must have SVQ3 or HNC equivalent in Early years Nurturing and caring qualities Knowledge and understanding of childhood development Good communication skill Knowledge of National guidance and Curriculum We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our vibrant small team . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the development of children in our nursery setting. The Early Years Educator will be responsible for managing daily activities, fostering communication with parents, and ensuring that each childs individual needs are met. Plan and implement engaging educational activities that support childrens learning and development. Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children to explore and learn. Manage classroom behaviour effectively while promoting positive relationships among children. Communicate regularly with parents regarding their childs progress and any concerns. Observe and assess childrens development, maintaining accurate records to track their growth. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the highest standards of care and education are maintained. Lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership skills within the nursery setting. Drive initiatives that enhance the educational experience of all children in your care.
