Youll work closely with planning, engineering, and quality because thats how targets get met without cutting corners. Set-ups, prove-outs, process checks done properly. What You Need Strong CNC turning background with solid understanding of measurement systems, SPC principles, and quality processes. You can interpret drawings, spot issues, and resolve them calmly. You dont need Team Leader on your CV already, but you do need the kind of presence people naturally listen to. Someone who can coach without lecturing, make clear decisions, and keep things steady.
