We are now recruiting an experienced Care Team Leader to join our care team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a genuine passion for providing outstanding care in a modern, purpose‑built home. About the role Lead and support a team of Care Assistants to deliver person‑centred, high‑quality care. Oversee care plans, daily routines, and keyworker systems to ensure residents’ individual needs are met. Work closely with families, healthcare professionals, and the wider management team to maintain best practices. Support your team through mentoring, supervision, and training to encourage professional growth. Use dementia care approaches such as validation techniques, life story work, and behaviour support to reduce distress and enhance wellbeing. Ensure accurate documentation, medication administration, and compliance with care standards. Take part in care shifts as needed, contributing to a calm, engaging, and supportive environment for residents and staff alike.
