Tasks Provide compassionate and personalized care to clients in their own homes, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation, while respecting their dignity and preferences. Monitor and report any changes in the client's health or behavior to healthcare professionals and family members as necessary. Administer medications according to prescribed schedules and maintain accurate records of all care-related activities. Engage clients in meaningful activities and conversation to promote mental and emotional well-being, fostering a supportive and nurturing environment. Requirements Proven experience in a similar caregiving role, preferably within personal care services. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English to effectively interact with clients and healthcare professionals. Ability to perform physical tasks associated with caregiving, such as lifting or transferring clients safely. Compassionate and patient demeanor with strong interpersonal skills to provide emotional support. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the client's needs.
