About the Role:

We invite parents returning to the workforce to join us at Home Instead as a Weekend Community Home Helper. This part-time role is perfect for those looking to contribute meaningfully on weekends, providing vital support and companionship to our clients, enhancing their overall quality of life.

Responsibilities:

  • Offer personalised care to clients at home during weekends, using your parenting and nurturing skills.
  • Engage in weekend activities with clients: meal preparation, light housekeeping, personal care.
  • Provide companionship, understanding each client's unique weekend needs.
  • Various weekend hours to match your family commitments, ensuring continuity of care.
  • Keep accurate care records; report significant client condition changes.
  • Attend training sessions to enhance your caregiving skills.
