Tasks

We are JTX Fitness, a B2C eCommerce brand selling our own range of home fitness equipment. We're looking for an experienced eCommerce leader to take over a small team running our website and marketing activity. You'll likely join during peak season (Sept-Feb) so you'll have lots of support available and you'll really get to know our business and customers during this time. After peak, you'll have more capacity to implement new initiatives to drive growth, this role comes with lots of autonomy and responsibility, along with healthy budgets available and some low-hanging fruit in terms of activities that can help us grow.

Requirements

This role would suit any Head of eCommerce who has already managed a team and helped grow a B2C eCommerce brand.

You'll need to be experienced in managing and developing your team, helping them to deliver their best work and build up new skills.

We have a test-first approach to all new activity so we'll want to hear about some successful pilots you have run and how you optimised spend in past roles.

This is an onsite role based in Shoreham-by-Sea, with 1 day per week WFH.
