We’re looking for an experienced Event Manager to join a dynamic and growing team in Birmingham. This is a full-time, hands-on role overseeing the planning, coordination, and delivery of diverse events from concept to completion. If you’re organised, creative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role offers an exciting opportunity to take ownership of high-profile projects and deliver exceptional experiences. Tasks Day to day responsibilities Manage the end-to-end delivery of events, ensuring they run smoothly, on time, and within budget Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and translate them into clear event plans Oversee logistics, staffing, suppliers, and technical support Lead on-site operations, solving challenges quickly and professionally Manage budgets, contracts, and supplier relationships Ensure all events comply with health, safety, and licensing requirements Conduct post-event evaluations to drive continuous improvement Requirements What We’re Looking For Proven experience in event management or operations (corporate, live, or public events) Strong project management and organisational skills Confident working with clients, suppliers, and internal teams Excellent communication and negotiation skills Calm, professional, and solution-oriented under pressure Flexible approach — willing to work evenings or weekends as required for events Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package Full-time role based in Birmingham Opportunity to lead exciting events across a range of sectors Supportive, collaborative team culture Clear career progression and professional development opportunities We’re committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
