**Business Support Administrator**

**Cheltenham**

We are an established, family owned, SME bespoke furniture manufacturer based in Cheltenham.

We are looking to recruit a part time Business Support Administrator, to support our business, collating and analysing data to optimise performance and assist day-to-day production and sales.

This will include, production capacity reports and sales schedules, including input analysis, stock levels and product sales breakdowns as well as various reports required by team members.

The role will also include management of hardware, software, and the office phone system.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Very Strong Excel (Microsoft 365) skills.
- Data visualisation and business charting experience.
- Inquisitive and analytical mind.
- Accuracy and great attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Sage 200 / SYSPRO experience.
- SQL query skills.
- Strong overall IT skills.

This role is a permanent part-time contract (working hours discussed to suit)

We offer 15 days annual leave, (pro rata) plus bank holidays and membership of our pension scheme.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 22.5 per week

**Salary**: £15,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
