Mae Gwasanaeth Seicoleg Addysgol Caerdydd yn cynnwys seicolegwyr addysg cyfeillgar, hynod frwdfrydig, gydag ystod o brofiad a diddordebau proffesiynol amrywiol.

Mae hwn yn gyfnod o newid i'r gwasanaeth ac mae'r rôl yn cynnig cyfleoedd i fod yn rhan o ddatblygiadau strategol o fewn yr Awdurdod Lleol yn ogystal â chefnogi'r Gwasanaeth Cynhwysiant ac ysgolion i symud ymlaen gyda diwygio ADY.

Rydym yn cynnig gliniadur, ffôn clyfar a threfniadau gweithio hyblyg.

Mae'r Gwasanaeth yn awyddus i fuddsoddi yn ei weithlu ac mae'n cymryd rhan mewn amrywiaeth o weithgareddau DPP, gan gynnwys hyfforddiant ar y cyd â Gwasanaethau SA cyfagos ac mae'n rhoi cyfle i staff ddatblygu maes o ddiddordeb arbennig.

Mae gennym gysylltiadau cryf â Phrifysgol Caerdydd, gyda Seicolegwyr Addysg dan Hyfforddiant wedi'u lleoli gyda ni ac yn hwyluso prosiectau ymchwil cydweithredol.

Mae gweithio o fewn y Gwasanaeth yn rhoi cyfle ardderchog i chi weithio ym mhrifddinas fywiog ac amrywiol Cymru
**Am Y Swydd**
Rydym yn awyddus i benodi seicolegydd addysg cymwys, o fis Medi 2024, yn gynharach o bosibl.

Byddem yn ystyried ceisiadau gan Seicolegwyr Addysg Dan Hyfforddiant Blwyddyn 3 sydd i orffen eu hyfforddiant yn 2024.

Bydd y rôl yn cynnwys amrywiaeth o ddyletswyddau, yn canolbwyntio ar yr ysgol ac yn strategol.

Bydd cyfle i weithio'n agos gyda chydweithwyr yn y GSA ac yn y gwasanaeth addysg ehangach i sicrhau bod y GSA yn gwneud cyfraniad at wireddu gweledigaeth a chynllun cyflawni'r Gwasanaeth Addysg.

Bydd cyfle hefyd i wneud cyfraniad at gyfeiriad y Gwasanaeth Seicoleg Addysgol yn y dyfodol.

Yn ogystal, bydd deiliad y swydd yn gyfrifol am ardal o ysgolion a lleoliadau a gall fod yn ofynnol iddo oruchwylio Seicolegwyr Addysg dan Hyfforddiant a chyfrannu at grwpiau gorchwyl a gorffen.

Rydym yn gweithio o fewn model ymgynghori ar gyfer darparu gwasanaethau.

Cynigir goruchwyliaeth gan gyfoedion a rheolwyr llinell ynghyd â rhaglen sefydlu.
**Beth Rydym Ei Eisiau Gennych**
Rydym yn chwilio am Seicolegydd Addysg sydd â’r wybodaeth, y sgiliau a’r profiad i helpu gyda datblygiad pellach y GSA.

Byddwch yn:

- yn meddu ar radd mewn Seicoleg (neu gymhwyster cyfatebol) fel y'i cydnabyddir gan Gymdeithas Seicolegol Prydain (CSP) a chymhwyster ôl-raddedig proffesiynol mewn Seicoleg Addysgol, wedi'i achredu gan CSP.
- wedi cofrestru gyda Chyngor y Proffesiynau Iechyd a Gofal.

Bydd gennych ddealltwriaeth dda o'r potensial i Seicoleg Addysgol wneud gwahaniaeth i blant a phobl ifanc.

Bydd gennych sgiliau cyfathrebu da a'r gallu i ddatblygu perthynas waith gref gydag amrywiaeth o bartneriaid.
