The Role
- Input of data into Sage 50 Accounts including suppler invoices and store daily takings
- Updating supplier accounts to mark invoices as paid
- Creating daily sales reports
- Creating and submitting purchase orders to all suppliers
- Liaising with outside payroll agency
- General office duties including photocopying, scanning, filing, franking and posting mail, maintaining stationary supplies

About You
- You must be organised, self-motivated and able to work independently
- Able to work well with other members of the team
- Have excellent time management skills
- Knowledge of Sage 50 Accounts Professional (required)
