North Oxford Garage have an opportunity for a Reservations Advisor to work with both our MINI and BMW Brands - this is a working from home opportunity, however for initial training and the occassional need to be on site, you must be within commutable distance of Oxford.

This role is responsible for driving our Service bookings by providing exceptional customer service when responding with all incoming communication channels. Should you be successful, your daily duties will include:

- ensuring the correct resources are available to meet customer requirements
- getting the diary booked as close to capacity as possible every day.
- capturing customers requests accurately and transferring all relevant information to the booking.
- daily outbound call activity to generate additional bookings using provided call lists and Teleservice ticket data.
- gaining authority for works from fleet companies through the 1- Link platform where required.
- general admin duties as required for example filing, WIP closure.
