Responsible for developing, implementing, measuring and optimising and reporting on all search related marketing activities to deliver the business objectives for the company. A key role, working with the Digital Marketing Manager to execute search marketingcampaigns ensuring they are delivered on time and to budget and KPIs.

**Key Tasks/Accountabilities**:
? Working with the Digital Marketing Manager to create and execute a best-in-class search marketing strategy designed to deliver the annual business objectives of the company and its associated product & services.

? Working collaboratively across the marketing department including PR, Social, and the Publications teams to be the Digital Search champion ensuring best practice is adhered to at all times, campaigns are delivered on time, to budget and achieve the agreedmarketing KPIs

? Working collaboratively with the IS team to implement technical SEO recommendations

? Collaborate with content team to deliver Landing page optimisation for all Search campaigns

? Responsible for day to day search analytics to inform the performance of campaigns, and informing the weekly and adhoc website reporting.

? Responsible for reporting on business changing insight, analysis of search performance and providing recommendations which will inform the companys brand strategy, search strategy, campaign performance and budget allocation.

? Responsible for providing keyword research for all of the Club's products & services to inform the search marketing strategies.

? Working with the Digital agencies on SERPs analysis with a focus on local SEO, Google Snippets and Google maps, Yext to deliver productive campaigns.

? Ensure all search marketing campaigns adhere to all local market regulations i.e. Advertising Standards, CAP codes, FCA regulations and Data Protection.

? Collaborate and support internal marketing and product teams to manage and facilitate ad hoc requests.

? Any other duties as requested by the Digital Marketing Manager or Head of Marketing.

**Essential Skills & Experience Required**:
? Experienced in SEO website optimisation techniques across high traffic websites

? Experience using tools such as Moz, ahrefs and SEMRush, YEXT, Adthena

? Agency management useful

? EpiServer CMS experience would be beneficial but not essential

? Travel and/or outdoor leisure market experience an advantage

? Comfortable working as part of a team as well as on their own initiative

? Must be able to manage multiple work streams and prioritise effectively to ensure deadlines are met

? Good understanding of how Paid Search fits into the wider digital and marketing mix, and an ability to explain and justify your strategy based on data and insights

? Strong attention to detail with good written and verbal communication skills

? Plan & prioritise work accordingly and autonomously, meeting set deadlines
