Elevation Recruitment Group are partnered with an industry leading business who are looking for a HSE Advisor to join their exciting operation in Doncaster.
Reporting into the Health and Safety Manager, this role would be ideal for someone looking to grow with a business long term, improve the HSE culture throughout the business, drive behavioural change and improve employee engagement through a hybrid model ofoffice work and site visits.
Duties & responsibilities include:

- Supporting the development, implementation and maintenance of compliant safety, health and environmental management systems across all activities, advising on legislation and best practice and also auditing compliance to identify areas of improvement
- Assist in the implementation of a continuously improving SHE management system
- Promote a positive safety culture
I'm keen to speak to individuals with the following skillset:

- Ability to lead and drive cultural and behavioural change and improvements in a diverse working environment
- Experience of ISO45001, ISO9001 and ISO14001 auditing and maintenance.
- NEBOSH certificate

**Salary**: £32,000 - £37,000 (Dependent on experience)
