The Job:
Our client is looking for a Data Administrator.In this role you will be responsible for the creation, supersession and maintenance of master product data records which includes technical information and marketing assets of thecatalogue of products. Workingclosely with the Ecommerce Executive you will be responsible for managing distribution of product data content to the companies’ B2B customers.

Responsibilities will include:

- Responsible for the creation, supersession and maintenance of master product data records which includes technical information and marketing assets of the catalogue of products.
- Develop knowledge and understanding of all internal systems and processes and possess effective skills within Microsoft Excel and Office.
- Takes ownership to ensure all product documentation and systems are maintained and kept accurately up to date with the required information.
- To competently plan and organise workload to ensure administrative tasks related to data management are completed accurately, on time and allow for completion of ad hoc analysis as required.
- Takes responsibility to proactively communicate to management any identified issues so that resolutions can be prompt, to achieve the required deadlines or critical dates.
- Work with product development and marketing to ensure all pages/categories contain the required data to optimise relevance and sales opportunities.
- Look for process improvement and/or efficiencies in data handling.
- Deal with various related ad hoc administrative duties as required.
- Create, update and communicate product data changes to B2B customers for both new product and changes to component/SKU level items.
- Provide monthly data updates to PIM software for and communicate changes to B2B customers.
- Responsible for completing and sending enrichment data for partner/concession websites, ensuring accuracy and any required partner/concession guidelines and processes are correctly followed and adhered to.
- Undertake preparation of bulk upload data files using Excel and CSV format for the benefit of B2B customers and population of their websites.

The Person:
For this role our client is looking for someone who isorganised, confident in their excel skills and who takes pride in their attention to detail to take on this integral role for the company.
- Confident with all Microsoft Office packages particularly Excel.
- Previous data administrative experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience of Ecommerce CMS’ such as Shopify and Magento, particularly data upload processes, would be advantageous but not essential
