WAE are working in partnership with FFI to decarbonise FMG’s mining fleet to have a net-zero mining operation by 2030. The role of Project Coordinator will be part of the Green Fleet team and will plan coordinate and support the management of product development projects and deliver agreed objectives including revenue, timing and deliverables to agreed quality.

**Job role**:

- Maintain and manage strong working relationship with stakeholders, at appropriate levels
- Act as point of contact to the customer related to the project
- Ensure that any project threatening issues, whether technical, operational, commercial or affecting programme delivery, are communicated to the SPM or CPM
- Plan and coordinate the delivery of small projects (or elements of a programme) giving consideration to:
Technical requirements
Achieving project / programme deliverables
Project cost and timing
Progress reporting (internal & external)
Cash management & invoicing
Comfortable with compiling all aspects of internal reports / forms (PAF and PRF)
- Understand and follow the business processes to realise project / programme delivery
- Represent and promote the WAE brand

Provide event support when and if requested including travel nationally or internationally

**You’ll have**:

- Experience of working in a programme delivery environment
- Proven experience in the management of timing and cost plans
- Commercial awareness
- Some customer facing experience
- Experience using Microsoft Office and preferably Project
- A willingness to consider formal programme management training
