Role: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Bromborough, CH62 3QL
Contract: Hybrid, Part Time, 12 Months Fixed Term Contract
Hours: 20 hours per week between the hours of 08:00 - 17:00 Monday - Friday (4 hours per day)

**Salary**: £12.71 per hour

**Key Purpose of the Role**

To provide an excellent level of assistance to our customers across a variety of communication channels.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Be the first point of contact for customers answering any queries, processing their orders and updating the customer throughout the process.
- Ensure efficient operations for administrations i.e. order entry and dispatch
- Recording details of customer correspondence and logging on CRM.
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge to support customer queries.
- Manage customer expectations.
- Liaise with internal departments such as Warehouse to ensure orders are fulfilled.
- Communicate with couriers with outbound / lost / damaged in transit shipments.
- Ensure high standards of housekeeping and GDPR compliance is maintained.
