We are seeking motivated individuals to join our our clients in their team as Business Administration Apprentices. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is interested in gaining practical experience in a professional office setting. As an apprentice, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop various administrative skills while supporting our business operations.

We work with companies who are looking for apprentices to support their growth. Even better, you do not necessarily need experience as you will be trained and complete an accredited apprenticeship qualification

**Responsibilities**

Assist with general office tasks such as digital filing, data entry, and document management
Provide administrative support to various departments within the organisation
Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel
Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
Handle incoming and outgoing mail
Maintain a clean and organised work environment

**Requirements**:

- To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with computerised systems and ability to learn new software quickly
- Great communication skills - written and verbal
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
- A lot of personality
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- GCSE Grade A-C/ 9-4 Maths and English (Or equivalent)

Please note that this is an apprenticeship position, which means you will receive pre-employment training as well as on-the-job training and guidance from experienced professionals. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable skills and knowledge in the field of business administration.
