**Role**

Responsible for assisting the Bakery Team Leader in ensuring all areas of the bakery are clean and hygienic.

**Responsibilities**
- To ensure the weekly cleaning schedule is adhered to and all cleaning records are completed
- Responsible for ensuring that all areas of the bakery are clean and hygienic
- Report problems and non-conformances to the supervisor
- Manage and control the use of the cleaning chemicals, protective clothing and hygiene consumables ensuring they are stocked at all times.
- To action weekly hygiene audit non-conformances issued by the Technical team
- Clean and remove rubbish from the office area
- An awareness of HACCP CCP’s
- To maintain personal standards of cleanliness as set out by the Hygiene Rules QM037.
- Adhere to the “clean as you go” policy.
- Work as an operative within the bakery as required
- Other tasks may be allocated to staff upon agreement with the staff member and the line manager and adequate training will be given.
- Attendance and participation in staff meetings when called.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £9.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Work Location: One location
