We are currently seeking a Personal Assistant to join our technology based client.

As a PA, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of daily activities. You will be responsible for managing calendars, coordinating meetings and appointments, handling correspondence, and providing administrative support to facilitate the achievement of our company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage complex calendars and scheduling for executive team members, including arranging meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and organise internal and external meetings, ensuring all necessary resources are available and logístical details are handled efficiently.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist with special projects, research tasks, and other ad hoc assignments to support the executive team's objectives.
- Act as a liaison between executive team members and internal/external stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and ensuring effective communication.

Experience in a similar role is desirable.
