My clients are a successful Independent Agency with multiple offices throughout Warwickshire and Leicestershire. They are seeking a Lettings Inspector. You must be an enthusiastic individual with current experience working for an estate and lettings agencyin UK.

There will be a mixture of tasks involved in the role assisting within the lettings departments but predominately you will carry out inspections with a sizeable portfolio covering Market Bosworth and surrounding areas.

**Job Role**
- Interim inspections
- Inventories and reporting
- Check out and reporting
- Liaising and working with the lettings team
- Assisting with maintenance when required
- Assisting with property management when required
- Assisting and covering staff when required

**Position Requirements**
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the role
- Willingness to work as a team and assist other team members
- Ability to work on your own effectively
- Smart, proactive, enthusiastic, and confident when in an office and public environment
- Able to work efficiently in a busy office environment
- Competent with MS Office, outlook, and property management software
- Excellent telephone manner
- Competent representing the company with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Education at degree level is preferable but not essential
- ARLA trained/qualified is preferable but not essential
- Must have a car and clean driver’s license

**Salary and Benefits**
- Good starting salary from £24,000 - £27,000

**Hours**
- 9.00 to 5.30 Monday to Friday and alternate Saturday’s 9.00-13.00
