**The Company**

Complete Cleaning Services (CCS) is a well-established service provider with cleaning contracts across Torbay.

CCS is a vibrant dynamic company to work for, and the successful applicant would be welcomed as part of the team.

**The Role**

Exciting opportunities are available at CCS, we are recruiting for a number of Cleaning Operative positions. Various hours and locations are available, including:

- Town centre buildings across Torbay
- Libraries across Torbay
- Schools across Torbay

**Key duties include**:

- Cleaning, stocking and supplying designated facility areas
- Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors
- Dusting, damp wiping, washing and polishing
- Replenishing consumable items as necessary
- Spot cleaning as required
- Cleaning toilets, urinals, hand basins, sinks, baths, showers and drinking fountains
- Key holder responsibilities as necessary

For roles based in schools, an enhanced DBS check against the children’s barred list will be required.
- The ability to follow instructions
- The ability to work independently as well as being a good team player
- Good communication skills with ability to build good working relationships with both colleagues and clients
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to carry out work efficiently and diligently
- A good awareness of health and safety requirements and have the ability to maintain a safe working environment
