Based at our Bedquarters in High Wycombe, we are looking for an E-commerce Trading Assistant to support our growing Ecommerce team so that our customers get a great experience both online and in store. This is a cross-functional role that is responsible for assisting the E-commerce Trading Manager and wider Trading Team by carrying out key trading tasks that help to drive sales online through improving customer experience and merchandising products. You will also work closely with the whole Ecommerce team as well as interacting daily with our Buying, Merchandising and Creative teams.

**A bit about you**:
Ambition to learn and develop new skills
Knowledge of Hybris would be advantageous however is not essential
Prior use and experience of key reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Contentsquate, Monetate and BazaarVoice would be beneficial but not essential
Customer focused, understanding the importance of putting the customer first
Confident and solution focused communication skills
The ability to work within and build relationships across different teams
Aptitude for detail and a high level of accuracy
Committed to getting things right, with the ability to prioritise
