**Product Owner (eCommerce)**:
In this impactful and hands-on role, you will play a key role in driving conversion on our digital platform, leveraging your strong customer insights and technical expertise to reduce friction and innovate throughout the customer journey.

Working closely with cross-functional teams in Digital, Marketing, and Tech, you will contribute to defining and leading changes that support the delivery of our ambitious E-Commerce roadmap, ensuring we maintain a best-in-class position in the fashion industry.

You will thrive in a highly collaborative environment, working with a diverse team to deliver innovative website features and capabilities that optimize our digital performance.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR...
- You are commercially driven and possess a deep understanding of E-Commerce in a fast-paced consumer environment.
- Your collaborative approach fosters strong relationship management and excellent communication skills to socialize strategic initiatives and implement effective solutions.
- As a natural communicator, you excel at aligning stakeholders and coordinating cross-functional teams in delivering our E-Commerce roadmap, even in fast-moving contexts.
- Your expertise includes AB testing to drive conversion, and you leverage this knowledge to make data-driven decisions.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE...

Creating accurate and timely tickets (e.g., in JIRA) to facilitate quick issue resolution by Front-end Engineers.

Ensuring we have a clear and achievable roadmap that is aligned with the expectations of internal stakeholders, and ensures we deliver on our vision for the website

Working with the priority list from the platform steering group to ensure we are improving features and capabilities whilst balancing costs, effort and impact on conversion and customer experience

Ensuring you are communicating confidently and with useful insight with all internal stakeholders, ensuring everyone is in the know with all your activities and you are managing expectations effectively

Being a key part of the team for all new launches and key sales events to ensure the site is running as expected and we are able to optimise conversion on the site.

Conducting effective AB testing to select optimal improvements that drive conversion.

Understanding, identifying, and championing key customer needs on our website.

Regularly monitoring the market and conducting insightful competitive analyses to ensure we stay ahead in the industry.

Collaborating with internal and external partners to develop innovative solutions for website requirements.

Collaborating closely with UX to ensure the delivery of features and capabilities in the best possible way for customers.

Evaluating potential E-Commerce partners, aligning projects with a clear business case and working closely with internal stakeholders to build and challenge these cases.

Working with the Tech team to efficiently deliver the E-Commerce roadmap, including backlog prioritization.

Fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and adaptable team culture that encourages teamwork and delivers outstanding results.

Leading with the optimal balance of support and challenge to ensure exceptional outcomes.
