**Enterprise Systems Product Owner**

The purpose of this role is to develop technology products that our IPC colleagues enjoy using, partnering with the commercial areas from design and build through to launch and maintenance, using extensive commercial experience.

**Accountable for**
- Shaping product visions to drive business outcomes and priorities across multiple domains.
- Managing complex and impactful product areas with considerable autonomy, so that significant measurable value can be delivered.
- Partnering with the major commercial functions, to promote the effective leverage of technology to advance business performance.
- Prioritising technical work to maximise customer and business value to drive the success of the product, ensuring solutions are valuable, viable, usable, and feasible for the customer.
- Within Enterprise Systems, being the voice of the customer at the intersection of product design and technology.

**Key Skills and Knowledge**
- Strong product management experience in FMCG/Retail environment
- Facilitation of business needs assessment / business analysis
- Creation of compelling documentation, to secure buy-in
- Experience of prioritising technical features, on behalf of commercial stakeholders
- Experience of agile delivery methods, e.g. SAFe
- Ability to influence / sell-ideas to commercial & technical stakeholders, at all levels
- Understanding of the core levers for income & profit generation in a commercial business
- Ability to deploy Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving techniques
- Experience of design thinking techniques
- Experience of UX best practices - Experience of enterprise architecture best practices - Experience of supporting both in-house and 3rd party technical engineering/delivery teams

We work with service providers to offer Franchisees a range of optional services such as Wi-Fi, energy, pest control and card payments. Our aim is to ensure we select the best providers, offering the best quality services at competitive rates.

We also provide a range of in-house support services, value-add initiatives and retail technology solutions for restaurant teams to help with day-to-day operations.

Today, IPC Europe operates on a global, regional, and local level to source high quality products at the best value for franchisees, managing over £1.5 billion worth of contracts and partnering with other IPCs across the world where it makes sense to do so, to get the best possible service and prices.

We remain as focused on our mission today as we did 20 years ago, to help Subway Franchisees be more profitable and competitive today and for the future.

**Location**

We are based in High Wycombe, with superb public transport links, walking distance to the Bus and Train Stations, we also provide onsite parking for staff.

The role is hybrid working, at least 2 days in the office.
