As a key member of the HR team, you will support the Principal HR Advisor across all areas of HR, including talent acquisition, talent management, compensation, benefits and organisation development. Educated to degree level, you will have strong administrative skills, ideally gained within an HR function in a fast-paced hi-tech environment. This is an outstanding opportunity for a recent graduate to develop their career within HR.

You must have strong organisation skills and attention to detail and will have the initiative, flexibility and customer focus to prioritise a busy workload effectively. You must be capable of undertaking all tasks with tact and discretion and be able to demonstrate that you work with the same drive and passion as all our teams. With outstanding interpersonal skills, you will be self-motivated and proactive and a confident communicator. Excellent IT skills are a prerequisite for the role.
