OPRA are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join a dynamic team on a Part-Time basis.

Responsible for owning, creating, and updating employee experience, ensuring compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements, whilst driving the development of their talented workforce.

Permanent - Part Time (20 - 25 hours per week) - Hybrid

£40,000.00 - £45,000.00 per year (Pro-rata)

**Role Duties**:

- Responsible for building the HR function.
- Owning, creating, and updating compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Manage the seamless onboarding process for new staff, including contracts and employment verification.
- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including probation reviews, sign-outs, and exit processes.
- Provide counsel on complex employee relations issues, addressing grievances, disciplinary cases, and performance/absence concerns.
- Plan and direct employee training and development programs.
- Support line managers in managing Performance Development Plan processes.
- Maintain and update essential HR documentation, including the Employee Handbook, Behaviour Doc, and values.
