Role: Lead Caretaker

Location: Exeter

**Salary**: £25,000 p/y

My client is looking for a lead caretaker to be based at a school is Exeter

This is an exciting opportunity to work for a friendly and progressive, flexible facility Management organisation who are growing and have lots of secure career and development opportunities.

You will be a point of contact on site so great communication skills are a must.

Key role responsibilities:

- Opening Site
- Carrying out daily inspections
- Carry out daily repairs
- Set ups and Statutory Checks
- Manage staff performance
- Keeping on top of maintenance budget
- Liaising with School Personnel

You must be willing to work independently and pro-actively with previous experience or caretaking and dealing with the public would be essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
